How to Cancel My Shift if I Can't Attend Anymore?
Open the StaffWerk app on your device.
Click on "My Shifts" and then navigate to the "Accepted" section and select the shift that you are unable to attend.
Tap on the shift to view its details.
Scroll all the way down and look for the button to "Cancel Shift".
Click "Cancel Shift" to start the process of cancelation.
Write down the reason(s) why you won't be able to attend. Keep in mind you will have 3 cancelations before you get penalized with StaffWerk.
Verify that the shift status now displays "This shift has been canceled" and now you are able to see it on the declined section.
